REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Refund & Exchange does not apply to Mobile Phones, Mobile Accessories, Subscription Services like Bein Sport & OSN, Cameras and Personal Care & Beauty Products.
- All products should be tested and physically checked at the time of delivery and generally any claims about physical damages is not accepted after the delivery take place.
- For all other products return & exchange is possible only if the packing has not been tampered with in any way.
- Customers should present the original sales invoice for Exchange & Refund.
- Refund & Exchange can be done only in the same branch that the customer purchased the product from. Refund for items purchased by credit card will be transferred only to credit card account.
- Any product purchased and found defective or not operating compactly or partially due to unknown reasons not related to a factors related to the misusage of the customers and/or the instability of the electricity supply and it voltage have to be reported within 3 calendar days after the purchase, this product will be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested by our after sales service team or manufacturer’s authorized service center technician, if applicable.
- The process can take up to seven working days. Exchange & Refund will be done only after the investigation & technical report have been received.
- If the packaging is incomplete or product damaged, scratched, exchange or refund will not be applicable.
- Product must be returned with all the original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Free of Cost/Bundled Items and Promotional Vouchers.
- Service, delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.
- Special order items or cut cable or wire are not refundable.
- Store Management will act as per the above policies and Store Management’s decision will be treated as a final decision.
- Warranty period for the product and the motor, compressor or other specific parts is mentioned in the invoice, and/or on the product packaging and warranty card (If applicable).
- Terms & Conditions of the warranty is as stated on the product warranty card of each brand as it is different from a product to another and from brand to another.
- Mobile Accessories & Subscription Services like Bein Sport & OSN and its decoders and hardwares are not covered under any type of warranty.
- Physical Damage items are not covered under warranty.
- Warranty on applicable products becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered by an unauthorized person/other service center.
- Please retain sales invoice and warranty card to claim warranty.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
- The delivery and/or installation is done based on a schedule and it is subject to change in the cases of force majeures, holidays, special events, security reasons, closure of roads, and other uncontrollable reasons.
- The availability or geographical coverage of the delivery and/or installation services are changeable from time to time, please get the updated information from the store team.
- If any delay occurs in the delivery and/or installation for any reason please call the salesman or our call center on 07730888333.
- The customers are not required to pay any tips to the driver, helpers or technicians for providing the service of delivery or installation.
