RETURNS POLICY3 Days Return Policy:
- Customer have 3 days to make a refund request from order delivery date.
- Customer can return any product have bought in case of damage, defective or not as described on the website.
If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
How does Return Policy Work?
After Product inspection, if product appears to be damaged, defected or not as described on the website,
- Contact customer care center number 009647730888333 and place a return request.
- A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services.
- Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative. (Note: Return Policy does not cover product misuse)
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund according to your selected payment term.
SHIPPINGALHAFIDH Market provides highest level of services on delivery and installation to our customers. Delivery schedule varies depending on purchase day and the product type, however 90% of our in-stock products will be delivered to the customer within 48 Hours maximum (During Working Days), 5% within four working days, and another 5% within 10 working days and the expected delivery time will be clearly highlighted at the time of purchase.
Order online and have your items delivered straight from our warehouse directly to your home by a vehicle that will accommodate your orders. An option to select an available delivery date/time is also available.
You can choose to pick up your item from one of our showrooms or authorized collection points.
We currently ship anywhere in the Iraq. We do not ship internationally outside of Iraq.
